REMINDER Cadence
- Patients will receive a text or eMail reminder 4-5 days before their visit.
- Confirm and you’re done, or
- Reschedule
- Patients will receive a 2nd text or eMail reminder 1-2 days before their visit with the curbside check-in number to call when you arrive in our parking lot.
Depending upon the COVID situation, patients also may receive a message to contact our office if they are experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19.
