Rather cancel my appointment last minute I let her know what my concerns were, where I wanted to start and that I would schedule another appointment when I had more time. She quickly jumped into work, removed a mole in less than a minute and sent me on my way. She was very understanding of my time as I was hers by not canceling. I will be scheduling again to address my other concerns.”

My appointment was for 3:00p and I was called in to see Dr. W Teresa Hsu 5 minutes early. Her assistant was very professional, asked questions about my condition as well as my family medical history. Dr. Hsu came in within 5 minutes and was very attentive to my concern, examined me and gave me a thorough explanation for my condition. She was extremely clear in her explanation, answered my questions patiently and thoroughly and was very pleasant in her demeanor. I left the office feeling reassured and very grateful that I chose Dr. Hsu and Bryn Mawr Skin & Cancer Institute.”
