Community Involvement

Making a Difference in our Bryn Mawr, Newtown Square, Philadelphia, and Main Line Communities

In addition to our commitment to our patients, CIRILLO INSTITUTE is dedicated to serving the community we live and work in. The clinicians and support teams of our greater Philadelphia practice generously donate their time and efforts to support a variety of commendable causes.

Education & Awareness – Skin Cancer & Skin Aging

  • Melanoma Research Foundation (MRF)- Miles for Melanoma Philadelphia. The CIRILLO INSTITUTE practices participate in this nationwide series of 5K run/walks that allows participants to support and raise funds for the MRF. This event strengthens our advocacy and support for melanoma patients, survivors, and caregivers.
  • Dermatologist Victoria A. Cirillo-Hyland, MD routinely offers in-office “Lunch & Learn” sessions at CIRILLO COSMETIC DERMATOLOGY SPA. These informational sessions are packed full of patient education on state-of-the-art cosmetic dermatology innovations, and anti-aging treatment for your skin.

Other Cancer Charities – Making a Difference

  • Go NOVA! Our team proudly “Gets in the Game” to participate in the Andy Talley Done Marrow Foundation, a non-profit organization founded by Villanova University Head Football Coach, Andy Talley, that increases the odds of finding lifesaving donors for patients in need of a bone marrow transplant by registering young, committed donors to the Be The Match Registry.
  • SAP America Health Fair- In addition to sharing skin care samples and patient education materials, Bryn Mawr Skin & Cancer physicians donated their time to conduct free skin cancer checks at SAP Headquarters during their Health Fair for their employees.
