Dr. Regan is a graduate of Malvern Preparatory School and a summa cum laude graduate of Villanova University in Biology. He earned his medical degree from the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine.  He completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC and his dermatology residency at the Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA, where he served as chief resident.

Dr. Regan’s special interests include inflammatory skin diseases and the early detection and treatment of skin cancer.  He enjoys treating patients of all ages with a variety of skin conditions and is excited about returning to the Main Line Philadelphia area in August to practice at Bryn Mawr Skin & Cancer Institute.

Dr. Regan is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the Pennsylvania Academy of Dermatology.
