This “virtual” visit mirrors an in-office appointment with a certified physician assistant you trust, all from the comfort of your home. Our online Telehealth visits make access easier, faster, and more convenient than ever for our patients. (only booking for acne now)

 How to Schedule & Prepare for a Telehealth Visit

We will call you back for some information and to prepare you for your Telehealth visit.

You’ll be asked for some information to schedule and prepare you for your Telehealth visit.

2. Join the Video visit.

At the time of your appointment, you will receive a text with a secure link. Once you click on that link it will begin your Telehealth visit.

3. You are required to be IN the state of Pennsylvania at the time of your visit.

We also ask that you are in a quiet and private place. If you are under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must be present at the time of the Telehealth appointment.

Q: Are “Virtual” Visits Only Available for Certain Conditions?

A: Yes, we can diagnose and treat some skin conditions effectively via Telehealth.

Q: Does Insurance cover this Service?

A: Medicare and most insurance plans cover online care.  During the pandemic, most insurances are waiving co-pays and deductibles for Telehealth visits.  As always, it is your responsibility to check with your insurance.

Q: Are My Personal Health Information and Photos Kept Confidential?

A: Yes! Our online dermatology care platform is secure and 100% HIPAA and HITECH compliant.
