I have another skin condition that might be aggravated by the treatment, so she planned ahead by doing lower dose practice session earlier in the month to make sure there were no excessive reactions. She’s thorough, explains all parts of the procedure, what to expect, when to follow-up, and writes down the home-going instructions. She makes it clear that I can reach out to her for any subsequent concerns in the mean-time. I also feel comfortable talking to her about other products and services to try. She’s never pushy, listens to what I want to explore, then carefully considers simple, sensible choices for my “mature” skin.”
