Aquagold® Fine Touch

Choose Microinjections to Rejuvenate Delicate and Sensitive Areas for Bryn Mawr, Newtown Square, Philadelphia, and the Main Line

Dermal fillers, BOTOX®, and other injectables have long been associated with needles— and needles are associated with pain and discomfort. With AQUAGOLD® fine touch at Bryn Mawr and Newtown Square’s Cirillo Cosmetic Dermatology Spa, traditional injecting needles are no longer the only option for facial treatments.

AQUAGOLD® fine touch is the first device of its kind, replacing the traditional syringe injection method for “microinjections,” which deliver products just below the surface of the skin for a more comfortable session with beautifully effective results.

How Does AQUAGOLD® fine touch Work?

*Real patient. Individual results may vary.

The AQUAGOLD® fine touch device features 20 “microchannels,” each one thinner than a single human hair. These microchannels hold incredibly tiny spiral grooves that allow for the consistent delivery of “therapeutics” (fillers, BOTOX®, etc.) at 0.6 mm below the skin’s surface. In other words, AQUAGOLD® fine touch is all about shallow injections of small amounts of skin-rejuvenating medications.

Remember, little doses can add up to big changes! Although the microinjections are small, AQUAGOLD® fine touch can make about 1,200 to 2,000 of them in one minute.

This speed combined with the remarkably fine microchannels makes injectable treatment sessions effective and virtually pain-free—especially in delicate areas. This is especially ideal for delivering neuromodulators and fillers to the sensitive skin around the mouth and eyes.

Please be aware that AQUAGOLD® fine touch is made by Aquavit and is only available to licensed medical professionals. Non-medical providers offering knock-off or counterfeit products should be avoided, as the devices could pose a health risk.

Is AQUAGOLD® fine touch™ the Same as Microneedling?

Microneedling is a cosmetic treatment that creates tiny micro-injuries in the skin, but the device does not inject anything. Both microneedling and AQUAGOLD® fine touch™ create micro-injuries that stimulate collagen and elastin production to improve skin quality. Cirillo Cosmetic Dermatology Spa also offers Infini®, which microneedles the skin up to a depth of 3.5mm and additionally delivers radiofrequency energy, which further promotes the building of collagen and elastin molecules.

Skin rejuvenating products can be directly applied to the skin after any device that creates micro-injuries. These applied products are efficiently absorbed into the skin through the created micro-channels.
